NYCN Chairmen’s Forum Applaud Sagboje’s Election in Delta State

Leaders of the Chairmen’s Forum of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) have congratulated Comrade Odirin Milton Sagboje on his election as the new Chairman of the NYCN Delta State chapter, calling his emergence a clear sign of trust from young people across the state.

Sagboje was elected on Tuesday, 23 September, during the council’s state congress held at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. The election brought together youth delegates from various local government areas, culminating in the formation of a new executive team under his leadership.

The Chairmen’s Forum noted that the confidence placed in Sagboje is rooted in his track record of service and his clear vision for youth empowerment. They expressed optimism that under his leadership, the state chapter of the Council would become a more inclusive and proactive platform for young people.

The message, jointly signed by Forum Chairman Comrade Christian Izegede and Secretary-General Comrade Destiny Noritsegho, encouraged Sagboje to remain guided by integrity and purpose. They called on him to prioritise innovation, expand opportunities for youth participation, and build a stronger voice for young people across Delta State.
