Tinubu Backs Ribadu Amid El-Rufai Controversy

President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to tackling insecurity, expressing confidence that Nigeria will overcome banditry and terrorism. He spoke on Monday in Yola during the inauguration of projects completed by the Adamawa State Government.

The President applauded National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu for coordinating security operations across the country, stating that tangible progress has been recorded. He expressed strong support for Ribadu’s leadership, commending his dedication to national service.

President Tinubu’s comment come shortly after allegations by former governor Nasir El-Rufai accusing the Office of the NSA of procuring a toxic substance. The presidency did not directly address the claim at the event.
