Temile’s TITAN Maritime and Hyundai Partner on Groundbreaking VLC Tanker

A historic signing ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel has marked the beginning of a groundbreaking project in the global maritime sector. Mr. Alfred Temile, founder of TITAN Maritime, has officially signed a deal for the construction of an 88,000 metric tonne Very Large Carrier (VLC) tanker, in partnership with Hyundai Heavy Industries.

The deal was formalized by Mr. Temile alongside Mr. Parker, representing Hyundai, to create what is set to be one of the most advanced supertankers in the world. The new vessel will push the boundaries of maritime transport with its cutting-edge design, enhanced performance, and increased capacity.

The event was attended by a distinguished group of maritime and business leaders, including Mr. Ogbe Ogbobine, CEO of Yesuo Global, Karo Jorkey, Charles Owonhda, Jolomi Megbele, Otus Temile, and other prominent industry figures.

This strategic partnership is not only a significant milestone for those directly involved but also highlights Africa’s growing influence in the global maritime industry. The construction of the VLC tanker reflects a shared vision of innovation, excellence, and expansion, with the potential to reshape the future of maritime transport.
