Tantita: Yomere Is Not Our Mouthpiece- Omadino Community Blows Hot

The Omadino community has disowned a recent press statement by Chief Priest Roland Yomere, who claimed to speak on behalf of the entire community regarding new employment opportunities given to indigenes by Tantita Security Services Limited.

In a formal refutation, the community stated that Yomere lacks the authority to represent the elders, management committee, youth leaders, or the people of Omadino. They emphasized that their official position on the Tantita surveillance project has already been clearly communicated to the public and relevant stakeholders, including Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited.

The community also corrected Yomere’s claim about boundary disputes with Gbaramatu Kingdom, clarifying that their actual boundary neighbor is Ugborodo community, and there are no ongoing conflicts with Gbaramatu.

They stressed that only the Omadino Community Management Committee, led by Mr. Tuoyo Mogbeyiteren, holds the legitimate authority to speak on behalf of Omadino. They urged the public and media to disregard any statements made by Yomere as misrepresenting the community’s views.
