Police Smash Motorcycle-Snatching Gang in Agbor
Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have dismantled a motorcycle-snatching syndicate operating within Agbor and surrounding communities.
Two suspects, identified as Owakwe Chuks, 37, and Bright Moses, 32, were arrested during a targeted operation carried out on January 4, 2026, following intelligence on a robbery reported last December.
Items recovered include a hammer, a knife, a face mask, a cap, and a mobile phone, all believed to have been used during operations.
The Commissioner of Police, Aina Adesola, reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to sustained intelligence-led policing to curb crime across the state.
