Delta Police Detain Filmmaker Stanley Ontop

The Delta State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of filmmaker and social commentator Stanley Ajemba, popularly known as Stanley Ontop, following a petition by a female complainant. He is currently detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department as investigations continue.

Police spokesperson SP Bright Edafe said details of the allegations have not been released, and the process remains ongoing. Social media speculation has linked the case to a previous online dispute with actress Queeneth Hilbeth, though this has not been verified.

Authorities urged the public to allow the investigation to proceed without interference and promised updates when appropriate.

The command stressed that due process is being followed and called on citizens to remain patient as the case unfolds.
