Warri South Chairman Visits Odion Community After Attack, Assures Security
The Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, has condemned the recent attack on residents of Odion Community, where properties were burned and lives were disrupted.
On Tuesday, Hon. Isaac visited the scene of the attack, where he expressed his solidarity with the affected residents and assured them of enhanced security in the area. He also pledged that the government would intervene to alleviate the challenges arising from the incident.

The chairman, who was accompanied by the Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Ewoghanran Emmanuel Nunu, and the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of the area, also visited a victim of the attack who was assaulted in the early hours of Sunday.
Speaking to the press, Hon. Isaac emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring the safety of residents and preventing future incidents. He reiterated that the authorities would take swift action to restore peace and order to the community.
The attack, which has left the community shaken, has prompted calls for more robust security measures in Warri South to protect citizens from similar incidents.
