Seven Years On, Osinbajo Gives Thanks for Surviving Kogi Crash

Former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has marked the seventh anniversary of the helicopter crash he survived in Kabba, Kogi State, offering prayers of thanksgiving for what he called a moment of divine preservation.

In a social media post, Osinbajo recalled that everyone aboard the aircraft walked away unharmed, despite the severity of the incident. He credited the outcome to God’s protection and grace.

His wife, Dolapo Osinbajo, also shared her reflections, expressing gratitude for deliverance. The crash occurred in February 2019 and was one of two air incidents the former vice president survived within the space of seven months, both without casualties.
