The Director General of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr. Latimore Oghenesivbe, has lauded Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as a leader with a “heart of gold” during a Thanksgiving Service in Asaba on Sunday.

Warri Sentinel gathered that the service, which held at the Regional Headquarters of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, was a celebration of Oghenesivbe’s promotion to Director General a position he credits to the governor’s intervention.

Oghenesivbe shared how Governor Oborevwori broke the decade-long stagnation in his political career, attributing the breakthrough to divine intervention. He revealed that after years of frustration, he turned to intense prayers and deliverance services, ultimately leading to his elevation from Executive Assistant to Director General on August 19, 2024.

Expressing gratitude, Oghenesivbe praised the governor for his decisive action and assured him of unwavering loyalty and dedication.

He also used the opportunity to call on journalists in Delta State to verify facts before publication, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and constructive criticism in media reporting.
