Latimore Oghenesivbe Hailed as Top-Class Communication Strategist

The Governing Board of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM) has praised Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Director General of Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau for his excellent work in communication strategy and media management.

In a message which was made available to Warri Sentinel and signed by the Registrar/Board Secretary, Dr. Adelanke Oyintoke, the Institute recognized Dr. Oghenesivbe’s professionalism, noting that he has consistently shown skill and dedication throughout his career. CIISM acknowledged Dr. Oghenesivbe’s role in government communication, highlighting his efforts to improve the image of the Delta State Government. The Institute encouraged him to continue his good work in promoting the state.

Dr. Oyintoke also mentioned that CIISM is committed to helping its members grow professionally. The Institute offers advanced training programs, including Master’s and Doctorate Degrees, in collaboration with the Liberal Bilingual University (LBUT) in Togo. Dr. Oghenesivbe was one of the top graduates of the Institute’s 2022 Doctorate Degree program, thanks to the Delta State Government’s sponsorship of his studies.

CIISM also praised Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for appointing Dr. Oghenesivbe to this key position, commending the governor’s leadership. The Institute noted Dr. Oghenesivbe’s significant role in the 2023 governorship election and his history as a top communication expert.

The institute believes that Dr. Oghenesivbe will continue to use his experience to succeed in his new role, helping the Delta State Government reach its communication goals.
