Lagos Police Clear Pastor Adefarasin Over Stun Gun Incident

The Lagos State Police Command says Pastor Paul Adefarasin has no case to answer after a video circulated online showing him holding what appeared to be a firearm.

Pastor Adefarasin, head of House on the Rock Church, voluntarily reported to police headquarters in Ikeja for questioning. Officers confirmed that the object in the video was a stun gun, not a conventional firearm.

Following an investigation, the police said there were no grounds to pursue legal action, and the matter has been closed. The pastor was not charged.

The Command said it remains committed to transparency and the rule of law in all matters of public interest.
