Gov Oborevwori Opens New Ogulagha-Okontu-Odimodi Road

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has opened the newly built Ogulagha-Okontu-Odimodi Road in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. The event was full of excitement as traditional dancers and residents came out to celebrate the project.

The 12.1-kilometre road was built by the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) at a cost of ₦5.2 billion. It links several riverine communities that used to depend only on boats for movement.

Governor Oborevwori said the road will make life easier for the people by improving access to markets, schools, and health centres. He added that his government will continue to bring development to all parts of the state.

Residents said the project will help their businesses grow and make it easier to move goods and people around the area.
