Delta Central APC, Dafinone Mourns Loss of Youth Leader Oyibo

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta Central has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of its youth leader, Hon. Famous Oyibo. His passing has sent shockwaves through the party, particularly in Okpe Local Government Area, where he played a key role in youth mobilization.
