Brighter Side of Nigeria Is Arising Says Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has expressed his optimism for Nigeria’s future, declaring that the country’s dark days of insecurity and uncertainty are behind it.

Speaking at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caucus meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Tinubu said that he could now see “the sunny side” of the nation emerging, with signs of improvement in security and overall progress.

“I’m a very happy man,” Tinubu told the gathering of APC leaders. “The gloomy days for Nigerians are gone, and we are looking at the brighter and sunny side of our country.”

The President noted the positive changes taking place, particularly in states like Zamfara, where insecurity had previously been rampant. He stated how farmers in Birni Kwari, once crippled by violence, were now returning to their fields and reaping rewards for their efforts, a sign that the security situation was improving.

“One of the most challenged individuals in terms of security has now given testimony to the fact that the security of lives and properties is getting better,” Tinubu said, referring to reports from Zamfara. “I could see people from Birni Kwari doing their farming and getting their rewards on TV. This is a significant improvement.”

President Tinubu’s comment were met with widespread approval. The APC members present at the meeting passed a vote of confidence on his leadership, reaffirming their support for his administration. The President expressed gratitude for their endorsement, calling it encouraging and very reassuring.

“The sunny side of this country is arising,” Tinubu added, stressing that the positive changes were now visible, with Nigerians beginning to feel safer and more hopeful about the future. “Things are getting better, and the days of gloom are gone.”

With his vision for a safer and more prosperous the President is confident that the country was heading in a new direction, towards stability and growth.
