Suspected Serial Bike Thief Lynched in Delta Community

A man identified as Dangwari, alleged to be a motorcycle thief, was reportedly lynched to death by an angry mob along Hausa Road in Sapele, Delta State, after he was caught attempting to steal a motorcycle.

Eyewitness accounts within the community claim the suspect was apprehended during the attempted theft, triggering outrage among residents who descended on him before security operatives could intervene.

Unconfirmed reports further allege that the suspect confessed to involvement in multiple motorcycle thefts and the killing of several riders during previous operations. However, there is currently no verified official statement from the police confirming these claims or the extent of his alleged crimes.
