Warri Farmers Benefit From Presidential Fertilizer Initiative

Farmers in Warri Federal Constituency have received fertilizers from the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative Scheme, facilitated in collaboration with Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi, Member representing the constituency in the Federal House of Representatives.

In a statement released by his SSA on New Media, Kpenosen Great, dated October 21, the distribution of the fertilizer seeks to enhance agricultural productivity.

He further stated that beneficiaries of the initiative are farmers from Itsekiri, Ijaw, Urhobo and other ethnic nationalities in the constituency.

Ereyitomi admonished the farmers to utilize the resources provided by the federal government in order to alleviate food insecurity and boost farm produce.

In a disclaimer, he vehemently stated that the fertilizers were not for sale and the laudable project should not be usurped by some group of persons.
