Police Declares Singer Portable Wanted

The Ogun State Police have declared singer Habeeb Olalomi, known as Portable, wanted for allegedly leading an attack on government officials in Ota on February 5, 2025.

According to the police, three officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning were inspecting a property in Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu Ota, when they encountered Portable’s father. After a brief interaction, Portable arrived at the scene armed with a firearm and accompanied by nine men. The group attacked the unarmed officials, who were injured but managed to escape and report the incident.

While nine of Portable’s associates were arrested, the singer fled the scene and has evaded multiple invitations to the police.
