Court Summons Odumodublvck Over Petition by Chocolate City Executive
Rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, known as Odumodublvck, has been summoned by a Chief Magistrate Court in the Federal Capital Territory to answer allegations of criminal intimidation linked to his recent posts on X. The order, issued on 3 November 2025, instructs him to appear before Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim on 6 November.
The petition prompting the summons was filed by Olayinka Osagie Onobun, Chocolate City Music’s Head of Artists and Repertoire, through his lawyer Pelumi Olajengbesi. Onobun alleges that the rapper’s social media posts were threatening and fall under offences outlined in Sections 396 and 397 of the Penal Code Act.
Tensions between the rapper and Chocolate City affiliates including MI Abaga and Blaqbonez have intensified online in recent weeks, forming the backdrop to the complaint. Odumodublvck has suggested on social media that he is being unfairly targeted but has not issued a formal legal position.
The court’s summons signals that the case will move quickly into preliminary hearings. Both parties maintained silence following the release of the court order.
