Air Peace Ends Night Flights on Regional Routes

Air Peace Airline has announced plans to shift all regional flights from night-time to daytime operations beginning February 2, 2026. The airline said the move aims to enhance passenger convenience, reliability, and regional connectivity.

According to the airline, new schedules will cover routes including Lagos–Abidjan–Dakar–Banjul and Lagos–Accra–Monrovia–Freetown, with departures from Lagos in the morning and returns in the evening. Daily Lagos–Accra flights will also operate with morning departures and additional evening frequencies on selected days.

Spokesperson for Air Peace, Efe Osifo-Whiskey, said the change will improve on-time performance and strengthen connections with long-haul international flights departing at night. The airline noted that the daytime schedule supports business, government, and leisure travel across West and Central Africa.

Air Peace added that the revised operations will strengthen its competitive position and reinforce its role in promoting intra-African trade, tourism, and mobility.
