Omaghomi Emerges Delta Deputy Director of CBM
The CityBoy Movement (CBM) has announced the appointment of Engr. Alex Omaghomi as its Delta State Deputy Director, strengthening the group’s leadership structure in the state.
The announcement, made on Wednesday, February 11, signals the movement’s continued expansion and drive to consolidate its grassroots presence. In a statement accompanying the development, the group called on members to remain committed to pushing boundaries and inspiring change.
Engr. Omaghomi, an Itsekiri-born engineer, joins the state leadership team as CBM deepens engagement with professionals and young stakeholders across Delta. His appointment reflects the organisation’s strategy of drawing individuals from diverse sectors into its fold.
Founded in 2022 as a youth-led support platform for President Bola Tinubu’s presidential campaign, the CityBoy Movement has sustained its mobilisation efforts in backing the administration’s reform agenda ahead of the 2027 elections. The group lists Seyi Tinubu as Patron, Francis Shoga as Director-General and Favour Abayomi as National Coordinator.
