Delta Central PDP Leaders Rally Behind Governor Oborevwori

Leaders and stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta Central Senatorial District have expressed strong support for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, passing a unanimous vote of confidence in his leadership.

The motion was raised during a meeting of elected and appointed political office holders in the district, held on Friday in Osubi, Okpe Local Government Area.

The motion was introduced by Hon. Sunny Emeyese, a former member of the House of Representatives, and seconded by Hon. Felix Anirah, a former State House of Assembly member representing Sapele Constituency. It was quickly adopted by all present.

In their resolution, the leaders noted the significant achievements of Governor Oborevwori over the past 18 months, affirming their commitment to working together with leaders from Delta North and Delta South Senatorial districts to secure his re-election in 2027.

They also called on PDP supporters in the district to remain united, focused on the party’s ideals, and dedicated to ensuring the success of the Governor and all PDP candidates in the upcoming elections.
