Missing Babcock University Student Found, Says Mother
A Babcock University student who was declared missing by his mother has been found, according to family and school sources.
Fijabi Omotayo, mother of Oladipupo Siwajuola, confirmed the development in a brief Facebook post on Saturday, writing, “My son has been found.”
The student, who attends Babcock University in Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, was reported missing days after his mother said she personally dropped him off at the university on Sunday, 27 April.
The university’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Dr Joshua Suleiman, also confirmed the news on Sunday.

However, details surrounding the circumstances of the student’s disappearance and how he was found remain unclear at the time of reporting.
Omotayo had made an emotional appeal in a live Facebook video on Saturday, calling on the public and security agencies to help locate her son. She expressed distress over the lack of communication and concern for her son’s safety.
There has been no official statement from law enforcement or the university regarding the circumstances of Siwajuola’s return.
