Former Agitators Refutes Allegations Against PAP and Tantita Security Services
Former agitators from the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) phases 1, 2, and 3, along with concerned youth leaders from Niger Delta, have strongly condemned recent claims made against the programme’s leadership and Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited. The accusations, described as reckless and misleading, are alleged to have been spread both within Nigeria and internationally.
The group refuted allegations that include charges of crimes against humanity, kidnapping, and financial misconduct levelled against Government Ekpemukpolo (aka Tompolo), Administrator of the PAP, Dennis Otuaro, and Kestin Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita Security Services. The claims according to them are fueled by hatred, jealousy, and desperation by some individuals, including prominent figures like Ebikabowei Victor, Boyloaf, and Shoot at Sight.

The ex-agitators and youth leaders also stressed the positive impact of Tantita Security Services on oil production and national revenue, attributing recent gains in the oil sector to their work. They further praised Otuaro’s leadership, particularly his efforts in providing education and sustainable livelihoods for youths in the region through the Amnesty Programme.
In their statement, they urged the international community, including the United States, European Union, and the United Nations, to be cautious about the motives of the groups behind the allegations. They warned that these individuals are attempting to disrupt the peace currently enjoyed in the Niger Delta.
The group also expressed their support for both Otuaro and Tompolo, calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to continue backing their efforts with increased funding to ensure the success of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and the broader “Renew Hope Agenda.” They emphasised the importance of maintaining peace in the Niger Delta, stating that the stability currently enjoyed is largely due to the work of Tompolo and the amnesty program.
