Comedian Broda Shaggy Hospitalised After Gunshot Injury

Nigerian comedian and content creator Samuel Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggy, has been hospitalised after sustaining a gunshot injury in Sango-Ota, Ogun State. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon beneath the Sango-Ota bridge while he was working on a comedy skit.

A police source revealed that members of the production crew present at the scene quickly took action after the incident. They rushed the comedian to Blooming Care Hospital in the Alakuko area of Lagos State for immediate medical attention.

Medical personnel at the hospital provided first aid shortly after his arrival. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain uncertain as authorities continue to gather information.

Further checks later confirmed that he was transferred to Duchess Hospital in the Government Residential Area of Ikeja for additional treatment. He is currently recuperating at the facility.
